According to recent research, over two-thirds of Federal agencies have already deployed robotic process automation and artificial intelligence to facilitate their missions. Metrics for the successful deployment of these emerging technologies have demonstrated a significant increase in the speed of service delivery, saving thousands of hours of annual work time while also substantially lowering costs and reducing data processing errors.

This panel of government practitioners will explore how they are using emerging technologies to gain significant return on investment, speed of deployment of capability, and reduced operating costs.
